Special Meetings

Veterinary Dental Forum

The Dental Forum’s conference runs from Wednesday-Saturday annually. The welcome reception will open the forum on Wednesday evening. Lectures, labs and exhibit hall will run Thursday, Friday and finish on Saturday afternoon.

The AVDC board meeting will begin Monday evening. All other regularly scheduled committee meetings will be held on the Tuesday before the conference starts on Wednesday evening and during lunch breaks Thursday - Saturday.

Any committee wishing to hold a meeting during the Veterinary Dental Forum must fill out a special meeting request form. We cannot guarantee space will be available for all committees; we will do our best to try to accommodate on a first come first serve basis. Any person and/or company looking to hold a special meeting, social event, demonstration, etc. must submit a special meeting request for review and approval and must be registered for the conference as an attendee or an exhibitor.

If you would like to request space at VDF for your organization's meeting, please complete the following form and return it to the VDF management office by April 1st. All requests will be reviewed for approval by the Dental Forum management and Executive Program Committee.
